SAN DIEGO, CA – Independent Financial Group, LLC (IFG) was named the 20th largest independent broker-dealer by revenue, according to industry magazine Financial Planning. Posting overall firm revenue of $197.1 million for the year ending in 2020, IFG jumped six spots from the prior year’s IBD Elite rankings. IFG also ranked fourth largest among private firms and fourth in Percent of Women as Producing Reps for the second consecutive year. Total firm fee revenue increased by 13.2%, from $80.8 million in 2019 to $91.5 million in 2020. Commission revenue decreased by 4.9%, from $99.1 million to $94.2 million over the same period.
